After Todd mentioned using covering material to trim foamys with, I did some experimenting. Coverite Microlite really works good - iron temp 200 - 220 degrees. It sticks very good over the foam and the package tape (used for hinges). I would assume other low temp coverings like Econokote, Coverite Black Baron film, Towerkote, etc. would work equally well. I found out that laying the trim piece in position, smoothing out with my fingers, then placing a clean paper towel over it, and then iron it, seems to work best. Make sure to work on a good, solid, flat surface or the foam will warp.
