Two sided servo arm

I'm in need of a two sided servo arm for the LARGE Futaba servos. The normal 3003 servo arms will not fit - the output shaft is too small on the 3003. The large digitals have a much larger output shaft than standard servos.

Any help in locating one would be appreciated.

I'll also be looking for some longer single sided arms if anyone has some of them laying around... again for the LARGE servos.
